Registered Domiciliary Care Manager
Salary: £35-45k per annum | Location: Leicester (with flexibility to relocate in the UK with notice)
Sensitive Care Solutions is a values-driven provider of high-quality Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and Day Centre services. We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of our services, ensuring full regulatory compliance, exceptional care standards, and a positive, inclusive culture for staff and clients. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader with strong operational, people-management, and compliance expertise.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop care teams, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
Oversee service quality, audits, care planning and CQC compliance.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, rotas and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance and best practice.
Build strong relationships with staff, clients, families, professionals, and the senior leadership team.
Champion person-centred care and promote a positive culture across all services.
Support recruitment, training, development and retention of staff.
Ensure safe, efficient service delivery across Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and Complex Care.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in home care or similar adult social care settings.
Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills.
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
Ability to manage resources, budgets, compliance and operational delivery.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
UK driving licence.

Additional Information
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Participation in on-call rota required (1 weekend per month & 1 evening per week)
