So true …

Why should we pay cash everywhere with banknotes instead of a card ?

- I have a £50 banknote in my pocket. Going to a restaurant and paying for dinner with it.

The restaurant owner then uses the bill to pay for the laundry.

The laundry owner then uses the bill to pay the barber.

The barber will then use the bill for shopping.

After an unlimited number of payments, it will still remain a £50 value, which has fulfilled its purpose to everyone who used it for payment and the bank has jumped dry from every cash payment transaction made.

BUT

IF I come to a restaurant and pay digitally via Card,

- the bank fees for my payment transaction charged to the seller are 3%, so around £1.50

( and so will be the fee of £1.50 for each further payment transaction )

-for the owner re laundry or
- payments of the owner of the laundry shop,
- or payments of the barber etc.....

Therefore, after 30 transactions, the initial £50 will exist at only £5, and the remaining £45 has become the property of the bank … thanks to all of the digital transactions and fees!

Use it or lose it folks…

Once it’s gone we won’t get it back!

Cash is king!

One of the things my clinic prides itself on is your privacy. For many people facial or body hair is embarrassing, and they don't want other people to see it. Did you know ...

1. My clinic is not based in a busy area like a high street. Instead it is based at my home which is set back from the road.

2. You can park on my driveway so you have the minimum of walking distance to get to my clinic.

3. All appointments are spaced apart so you should not meet another client at the clinic.

4. Your records are kept private as you would expect.

If you're hesitating booking an appointment because you're embarrassed, please don't be. I will do everything possible to make it as stress free as possible.

I hope everyone is keeping well.

You will be aware that the Covid-19 infection rate is increasing nationally. Additionally, most people's immunity appears to be lower than normal.

I'm asking all clients who have appointments with me, to ensure you are feeling well before coming to my clinic. I really want to protect all my clients and I am doing all I can to prevent the spread of any infection.

If you are feeling unwell in any way, please contact me by phone or email so that we may reschedule your appointment for when you will have recovered.

Great news came today. Not the fact restrictions have been lifted across England as I’m still requesting my clients to continue wearing a mask in the clinic unless I ask you to remove it. I will be continuing to wear my mask and taking appropriate precautions.

The news which has made me very happy is that I have been approved by the NHS as a Service Provider for electrolysis. I’m so chuffed 🎉🥳 .

And my Electrolysis Clinic is technically open! The Health Inspector visited last Friday and agreed to my registration application. I’m just waiting on the certificate to come through by post.

At the clinic I am able to remove your unwanted hair. Electrolysis hair removal is the only treatment for permanent hair removal and is approved by the British Medical Association. Soon I shall be able to treat a variety of skin blemishes including removing skin tags.

I’m an ex nurse and the clinic has all the features features of a clinic room including a state of the art autoclave steriliser.
