𝓪𝓻𝓽 & 𝓬𝓻𝓪𝓯𝓽𝓼 𝓼𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓲𝓸𝓷 𝓶𝓪𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓫𝓮𝓪𝓾𝓽𝓲𝓯𝓾𝓵 𝓹𝓲𝓬𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓼 𝓾𝓼𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓽𝓸𝓻𝓷 𝓹𝓪𝓹𝓮𝓻! 🎨🖼️

There was lots of ripping, sticking, layering and laughter as everyone designed their own unique masterpieces. This activity was not only fun, but also great for improving fine motor skills and encouraging creativity and self expression.

The room was full of concentration, colour and conversation and the finished artwork was absolutely fantastic! 🌈👏

𝓦𝓮 𝓰𝓸𝓽 𝓬𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓿𝓮 𝓶𝓪𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓫𝓮𝓪𝓾𝓽𝓲𝓯𝓾𝓵 𝓒𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓮 𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓷𝓼! 🏮

There was plenty of glitter, glue, and lots of laughter along the way, it may have been a little messy, but it was absolutely worth it! Everyone did a fantastic job and the finished lanterns look amazing.

Well done to all our wonderful residents for their creativity and teamwork!

🥞 𝓟𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓪𝓴𝓮 𝓓𝓪𝔂 𝓕𝓾𝓷 🥞

Today we celebrated Pancake Day in style with lots of pancake flipping! Residents and staff had such a lovely time joining in the fun.😊

Some pancakes made it really high into the air, some did little careful flips… and a few even landed on the floor! 😄 It definitely kept us all laughing.

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and enjoying themselves. A day full of smiles and laughter 🤣

💄 𝓢𝓹𝓪 𝓐𝓯𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓷𝓸𝓸𝓷 💄

Today we had our very own beauty salon! Residents enjoyed having their nails painted, a little tidy up and gentle facial grooming, followed by soothing face masks for that extra glow.

It’s amazing how a little pamper can boost confidence and brighten everyone’s day.💗💙

Last week, our lovely David enjoyed some special one to one time with a trip out for lunch at The Black Horse 🍽️

He had a wonderful time, enjoyed his dinner, and made the most of getting out and about😊

A big thank you to Aylestone Black-Horse for providing such a delicious lunch and making David feel so welcome. It truly made his day!

Today we celebrated our Valentine’s Day in the most wonderful way, surrounded by friendship, laughter and so much love.💗

Our amazing kitchen team prepared a beautiful afternoon tea with freshly made cakes, sausage rolls, crisps and delicious treats for everyone to enjoy. Everyone also enjoyed a little sparkle with some bubbly, and celebrated together in style! 🥂✨

The room looked absolutely lovely with all the decorations, music playing and plenty of dancing, there were smiles all around. It truly was a heartwarming afternoon filled with joy and togetherness.

Days like today remind us how special it is to share these moments with one another. ❤️

Today we enjoyed a fantastic afternoon filled with sweet treats and show stopping tunes! Our residents tucked into some delicious doughnuts while watching the classic musical Hairspray.

There was plenty of toe tapping, singing along, and lots of smiles all around. It’s wonderful to see everyone reminiscing, laughing, and enjoying time together. 💃🎶

A perfect afternoon of music, memories, and a little bit of sweetness! 💛
