We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and approachable carers to join our Domiciliary Care Team.

As a domiciliary care worker, you will be supporting clients/service users in their own homes to live independently, respecting their choices, and maintaining their dignity at all times. You will provide varying levels of assistance depending on the needs of the service user, with a range of everyday domestic tasks as well as more specific care-related duties.

You will be required to travel between individuals' homes across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland areas.

There will be both single-carer and double-carer roles dependent on the needs of the client/service user.

Experience is needed but not essential as FULL training is given.
All Mandatory training will be provided and ongoing support from the Registered manager, Assistant manager, Deputy manager and field supervisor.

What we are looking for:

*Health and Social Care experience is preferred however not essential.
*Flexibility and ability to work weekends.
