Juniper Lodge, the sexual assault referral centre now has a newly redesigned website, aimed at improving access to vital services and information for survivors of sexual violence across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.
The new site, available at https://leicspolice.link/WLwh1, features a clean, user-friendly design with simple signposting to help visitors quickly find the support they need. Whether seeking urgent help, learning about available services, or exploring resources, users can now navigate the site with ease and confidence.
A key addition is the new contact form, designed for individuals who may feel uncomfortable or unable to make a phone call. This discreet and secure option allows users to reach out for help in a way that suits their needs, ensuring that no one is excluded from accessing support.
Juniper Lodge has also introduced different language options, enabling visitors to access essential information in the language they feel most comfortable with. This enhancement ensures that language is never a barrier to seeking help and reflects our commitment to supporting diverse communities across the region.
Ian Warner, Manager of Juniper Lodge, said:
"We know that reaching out can be incredibly difficult. Our new website is designed to make that first step easier, offering clear pathways to support and a contact option that respects individual preferences."
Juniper Lodge remains committed to providing compassionate, confidential, and professional support to anyone affected by sexual violence. The new website reflects this commitment by placing users at the heart of its design.
