💅✨ Pamper Morning Perfection! ✨💅

This morning our residents enjoyed a lovely pamper morning, and it was the perfect chance to try out some brand new nail polish colours 💖🎨 From bold and bright to soft and sparkly, there were lots of favourites picked!

There was plenty of chatter, laughter, and relaxation — with a few admiring their nails again and again once they were done 👀💅 A truly feel-good morning full of smiles and self-care.

🎉🎱 Bingo Afternoon Fun! 🎱🎉

This afternoon it was bingo time, and the room was buzzing! Eyes were down, numbers were flying, and the excitement was real as everyone waited for that winning shout of “BINGO!” 😄

There were plenty of laughs, a bit of friendly competition, and lots of happy faces all round. Whether playing for the win or just enjoying the atmosphere, everyone had a fantastic time — bingo afternoons are always a favourite here! 💙

💪🎶 Chair Exercises & Big Smiles! 🎶💪

This morning our residents got moving with some chair exercises, and it was full of energy, laughter, and plenty of smiles! From stretching and lifting to moving along to the music, everyone joined in at their own pace and had lots of fun keeping active together.

A great way to get the body moving, lift spirits, and enjoy a few giggles along the way — proving that staying active can be fun at any age! 😊

🎬🍿 Lights, Camera, Action! 🍿🎬

Yesterday afternoon, one of our residents enjoyed a fantastic trip to the cinema to watch an action-packed film! With snacks and drinks at the ready, he sat back, relaxed, and took in all the excitement on the big screen. 🎥✨

From thrilling moments to enjoying his favourite cinema treats, it was a brilliant outing and one he really enjoyed from start to finish. A lovely afternoon out and a great reminder that a trip to the movies is always a winner! 😄

💤🎉 Pyjama Day Fun! 🎉💤

Today staff and residents stayed cosy and comfy in their pyjamas all day — and it was an absolute hit! 😄 There were lots of laughs, smiles, and plenty of fun as staff turned it into a friendly competition to see who had the best pyjamas 👕✨

Our manager Ruby had the very important job of deciding the winners 👀🏆 and after much consideration, we crowned:

🥇 1st place – Emma
🥈 2nd place – Megan
🥉 3rd place – Marnie

Well done to everyone who joined in — it truly brightened the day and brought so many smiles to both staff and residents 💕 A day full of comfort, laughter, and great spirits!

🥐🍫 Happy National Croissant Day! 🍫🥐

This morning we celebrated National Croissant Day in the tastiest way possible… by making our very own chocolate-filled croissants! 😋

The residents rolled up their sleeves, got creative in the kitchen, and had lots of fun filling, folding, and (of course) sneaking a few smiles along the way. The smell alone was enough to make everyone hungry!

A delicious morning full of laughter, teamwork, and chocolatey treats — the best kind of celebration 🥐✨

🧩✏️ Puzzle Power This Morning! 🧠✨

This morning the residents put their thinking caps on for a puzzle-filled morning! We had jigsaw puzzles on the go, word searches being tackled, and some serious concentration with sudoku 🧩📄

There was plenty of teamwork, a few “aha!” moments, lots of chatting, and of course a good laugh or two along the way. A perfect way to keep minds active while still having fun and enjoying each other’s company 💙

💅☕ A Day of Care, Comfort & Conversation 🗣️💙

Today was all about looking after both body and mind. The morning kicked off with a lovely pamper session, where residents enjoyed a bit of self-care, relaxation, and a good old chat. There were smiles all round and a very calm, cosy atmosphere ✨

In the afternoon, we held our residents’ meeting, giving everyone the chance to have their say. Residents shared what they like, what they’d like to change, and what they’d love to see happening in the home. It was a really positive and open discussion, and we’re so grateful for everyone’s input — their voices truly matter 💬❤️

A perfect balance of pampering and participation!

Happy national Chocolate cake day 🧁

Today we had an amazing time celebrating national Chocolate cake day 😋 We made some delicious chocolate cup cakes the residents had a good laugh and a good time smashing these delicious chocolate cup cakes ready for tea time that went down a treat 😋
