🎨 Williams Works of Art 🎨
Jayne took William down to Watermead Park again this week so he could do more painting, his favourite hobby, in his favourite location.
Caring is more than providing physical care, it’s about making meaningful connections with our residents, listening to them and learning about their life, their families, their hobbies, interests and dreams.
Supporting our residents to achieve their wishes is our honour and such a privilege, making their dreams come true is priceless.
William, a resident and very talented artist at Watermead Rose Care Home, has always dreamed of holding his very own art exhibition, and that dream is finally becoming a reality.
His greatest inspiration comes from Watermead Park, just at the end of the home’s gardens, where he loves to sit and paint the peaceful landscapes that surround him.
William takes every opportunity to enjoy his favourite hobby, carefully adding each new beautiful scene to his growing collection.
Now, we’re delighted to celebrate his talent by hosting his very own Art Exhibition on Friday 24 April at 6pm.
William will be joined by another talented artist, who also has connections with Watermead Rose care home so there will be so much to see.
It promises to be a wonderful evening, complete with cheese and wine—so who’s coming along to support William and admire his incredible work?
