There is a lot of misinformation about . Here's a recent study comparing the risk of developing breast cancer and consumption of dairy or soya milk. The results speak for themselves:
🌱 No association between cancer cases and soya
🐄🚫 Women drinking 220mls dairy a day increase their chances of developing breast cancer by 50%.

Soya drink vs dairy milk? Have a look and see what the differences are!👉 Yes, soya milk has just as much calcium. Yes, soya milk has enough protein. And I should also add that soya milk doesn't have cholesterol, dairy milk has 5mg per 100ml.
There's a lot of misinformation about soya so I'll be posting about research on that subject soon.

Dates... Who else loves them? I didn't use to eat dates before but they were a revelation to me a few years ago. My favourite way to eat them is by blending date fruit with other wholefoods and make delicious and such as energy balls. They can also be processed into vinegars, syrup and liquor. Have you ever compared the nutritional content of ham and vegan version of ham? ham is made with mycoprotein, a fungus very high in fibre and low in Saturated fats. Plus, it has a ton of

🚫🐷 Current ham is full of Saturated fat and has zero fibre.

🌱 I don't have vegan ham very often as I prefer less processed foods, but sometimes it's a treat, and it's super tasty. Next time you go to the supermarket try it, choose wisely!!

Fishless fingers vs fish fingers, a quick comparison showing that fish fingers have more fat and less fibre than fishless fingers. It also contains cholesterol, whereas the plant based alternative doesn't.
🐟⛔ Fish are unfortunately polluted with Mercury, leading to health issues in humans
🐟⛔ We can get plenty of omega 3s from Plant sources
🐟⛔ Around 30% of fat from fish is mostly saturated and helps with cholesterol build up
🐟⛔ Farmed fish are pumped with antibiotics and pesticides
Plenty of reasons to leave them in the sea, where they belong and chose a better option, for you 💚, for the planet 🌲 and for them! 🐟
