Huge thanks to Jodie for hosting such a fantastic annual wellbeing event here in Leicester ! Can you believe she organises this entire festival solo? Every September, she brings all things wellbeing together under one roof… and it’s truly inspiring. 💫

Before any healing session commences, I will always do a chakra reading to tune into the story your energy is sharing.

Organs, glands, nerves, physical systems - each chakra is deeply connected to your physical and energetic body. I observe the speed, shape, size, even any bumps, shakiness or pulls in your chakras, as they reveal what’s out of balance and why.

Whether you're feeling stuck, off-centre or just curious, a chakra reading can give you powerful clarity on what’s asking for your attention.

It’s incredible to hear how Crystal Surgery can support in the mindset, preparation and post-op healing of physical surgery. ✨

David was scheduled to receive surgery on his left hand after suffering with a severe case of Dupuytren’s contracture - a complex condition that leaves fingers permanently bent. Surgeons had advised this to be one of the most complicated hand procedures to carry out.

I researched the condition, assisted with ancestral clearing (at times Dupuytren is hereditary) then went on to perform a Crystal Surgery operation.

By working with etheric tissue in the energy field and simulating surgery using crystal techniques, we can prime the energy system for the surgical changes due to take place. In other words… an operation in the energy body of David’s hand can prepare him for the actual surgery to go as smoothly as possible.

And it did! …The results?
💫 Surgery time cut in half
💫 No skin graft needed
💫 No gaping wound
💫 Faster healing

Further follow up Crystal Surgery sessions to address inflammation and nerve repair were then carried out. All of this meant David made an excellent recovery in a third of the time that was medically predicted!

Our Solar Plexus chakra is the power centre of confidence. When it shuts down, so do you.

Let us fix that. 💛

Vital organs such as the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, stomach, spleen and kidneys are all linked to this energy centre. If you have any physical issues in these areas… it could possibly indicate energetic imbalance.

Did you know our “money spot” is also located within the Solar Plexus! Taking care of this chakra is vital to improve our relationship with money. 💸

Energy cleansing is an essential part of self-care. ✨ We absorb so much from our surroundings and interactions, so taking time to clear your Auric Field is important to create space for high-vibrational energy to flow freely.

Taking a salt bath regularly is ideal for this. Salt water is naturally detoxifying, drawing out anything that does not serve your highest good… just like the rejuvenating feeling you get after a dip in the ocean. 🌊

But if you’re short on time? Here are some of my own quick tips to instantly refresh and revitalise your Auric Field.

As you cleanse, remember, intention is everything. Visualise any negative or stagnant energy leaving your body, carried away by your breath or dissolved by the cleansing light around you. With each inhale, invite in peace, strength and love; with each exhale, let go of anything that does not serve. Embracing a regular energy cleansing practice can help you to feel lighter, more centred and deeply renewed.
