- What Happens in your Closing the Bones Ceremony?

Here’s a peek into what you will experience:

1. Cacao Ceremony: Cacao, a beautiful plant medicine ally, for heart opening journeying.
We begin by sharing stories & journeys in all their forms, whilst sipping on delicious Ceremonial Cacao. This helps you release all that is holding you back & not serving you, to make space for the new to charge in.

✨NEW ENERGY INCOMING:
Tis the end of the 'letting go' season as we move into Winter from Autumn, in the year of the snake, that is all about shedding skins, & making space for further growth!

Now is the time to RELEASE & RESET. With the full moon tomorrow, it is the PERFECT time to let go of anything & everything that no longer serves us.

✨NUMEROLOGY:
Not only the above, but in numerology, we are in a number 9 year - the year of cycle completion - ready to start the new cycle, in the number 1 year of 2026. We will need to keep up our pace going into 2026, as we run like the fire horse energy we are moving into.

✨BEING HELD IN LOVE:
In holding space for laying our burdens down, we are helping each other make space for all of our hopes & dreams to break through the surface, just like the Spring shoots of new life.

Look around you, let nature be your guide. In the Northern Hemisphere right now, mother nature is showing us the beauty in letting go of what no longer serves our purpose. In getting rid of the 'dead matter' after a long hot summer, we are making space for what we truly desire in our lives, nourishing the seeds we have planted over winter, to break through the surface in the Springtime.

It is the same for us busy & beautiful women. We need to let go of what no longer serves us, to make space for living the new life we design.

✨ALL ABOUT CLOSING THE BONES CEREMONIES:
Closing the Bones Ceremonies traditionally are for newly post-partum mothers. However, my first experience of it, was when my youngest son was 4yrs old & the benefits left me speechless. I had been unknowingly carrying so much trauma from not just my 3 c-section births, but from life experiences as a whole. It truly was life giving, life saving, & transformational, helping me become the person I am today.

✨ALL ABOUT CACAO:
I incorporate Cacao Ceremony into my work, for the heart opening properties. Cacao alone is an incredible plant medicine with so many benefits, but incorporated into massage, dance Ceremonial ritual & sharing circles, it takes on a whole different purpose of healing the heart & the soul. When we drink Cacao in ceremony, it truly opens us up to the release & helps us unravel the knots, & puts us back together again in love.

POV - Late night/early morning herbal magic from Kathy ...

The womb healer needs support to support the baby girl through sickness inducing severe period cramps every sodding month. My poor girl 😢

"take it all out" she says at the tender age of 16. No woman, young or old should suffer this way 😞

After feeling how many adrenal crystals she has stored on her hip bones from stress & trauma, it's no wonder her magical womb purges so painfully each month.
