Some things that you can control are;
mindset – be positive, appreciate the small things and before responding to situations, ask yourself ‘what is a proper assessment of the situation’:
wellness – eating well, drinking water, sleeping well, being active each day, listening to uplifting music and avoiding negative news:
work ethic – you can determine what effort you put in:
the way you treat others – paying someone a compliment and being nice to others, not only makes them feel good, it releases happy chemicals in our brain.
Life really is 10% what happens to you and 90% of how you respond to it.
