Celebrating 2 years of my business by looking back at how far I’ve come ✨Creating and owning a business is possibly one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. The ups and downs do not stop! Not once did I ever think this was something I would do. Working a standard 9-5 for most of my working life I didn’t think an opportunity for me to do something I actually wanted to do was even an option. We all get swept up with life, and finding the time to start something felt impossible, until it didn’t. 2 years ago I started ERHT after feeling a sense of urgency to do something with my life that I truly enjoyed. It all began with a very basic set up in my spare bedroom, that slowly involved into my dream treatment space. For the first 18 months I worked tirelessly most evenings and weekends around my full time job to gain a client base.This later led to me having lots of regular clients and allowed me to quite my full time job in January 2024. Having the freedom to do what suits me and my family, is the most valuable thing I could ever wished for. I am so unbelievably grateful to all of my clients, especially those who have been since the start. I’m so incredibly blessed to be surrounded by strong, beautiful women every day. To have created a space that they can feel welcome and safe in is all I aspire for. For anyone wanting to start a business, please just do it. As long as you put the effort in you will reap the rewards and it will open up a whole new door to your future!Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. Pregnancy massage is increasingly becoming my most popular treatment. Offering a relaxing space for these mums to be, to receive a safe and comfortable treatment is so important to me. And with the pregnancy pillow it allows pregnant ladies to lay comfortably and safely on their front for their treatment. Allowing tight and contracted muscles to soften and ease.

This pillow is also fabulous for anyone who is not comfortable lying directly on their front and can be a great tool to ease any pressure for those with medical conditions, such as stoma bags.

This pillow is honestly such a dream, and I can guarantee you’ll want to be taking it home with you 😆🩷

I wanted to reintroduce myself on my page as I’ve had a lot of new followers recently.

My name is Ella, I am a qualified holistic therapist for just over 10 years. I set up my own business, Ella Rose Holistic Therapy in October 2022, after realising the corporate life wasn’t for me. I have now made this my full time job and could not be happier. I have a huge passion for all things holistic and am fascinated in the way our bodies have the capability to heal themselves through alternative and holistic therapies.
Based in a beautiful, cosy space, I offer a variety of treatments for you to chose from to unwind and decompress.

Opening my new and improved space for ERHT today ✨

I am beyond grateful to be in a beautiful space that I adore. I am so excited to welcome all of my wonderful clients into a cosy and safe space for them to unwind and relax.

A huge thank you to my amazing partner for being the biggest support throughout the build of this new room, it has not been stress free to say the least 🙄

Shoutout to for the incredible job on this whole garage conversion! SO SO SO pleased with the outcome and couldn’t recommend them enough.

So excited for the future of ERHT and what’s to come 🤍✨ dreams really do come true!
