Time to Breathe
This week’s invitation is simple: slow down, soften, and breathe.
Our classes this week are all about taking a pause, gently stretching, reconnecting with ourselves, and finding that balance between movement and rest. A chance to let the body unwind, the mind settle, and the nervous system come back to the present moment.
All classes are on as normal this week and everybody is welcome.
