Hi, I’m Leomi, a passionate yoga teacher with 10 years of experience gained in India.

Gentle, calming movement with breath and relaxation. My journey with yoga started as a way to find balance, and it quickly became my life’s work. I believe yoga is for everyone—no matter your age, ability, or experience. My classes are gentle, holistic, and deeply relaxing, focusing on breathwork, mindful movement, and full-body stretching to help you reduce stress, improve flexibility, and feel amazing. Unlike gym-style workouts, my sessions are sensory and calming, with a mini massage at the end to help you fully unwind.

✨ I also offer seated yoga classes for those who prefer to stay off the floor.
✨ Private 1-1 sessions are available, tailored to your unique needs.
✨ Breathwork supports brain health and may help prevent Alzheimer’s & dementia. Join me for a class and discover how yoga can calm your mind, strengthen your body, and bring peace into your life.

We move slowly and mindfully, using grounded movement, breath and deep relaxation to help you feel more settled in both body and mind.

Has this year got off to a slightly unexpected start?

When life feels full or overwhelming, our nervous system can quietly slip into fight or flight without us even realising.

Create Your Calm is a small, specialist, mat-based session designed to gently reset the nervous system through slow, longer-held poses, calming breathwork, guided meditation, and deep relaxation, finishing with a soothing sound relaxation.

Tonight’s full moon is known as the Snow Moon, a reminder that this season isn’t about rushing forward, but about rest, reflection, and quiet strength.

This is a week for:
✨ slowing down
✨ grounding
✨ letting things settle
✨ finding peace in stillness

In my classes this week we’ll be focusing on calm, nourishing movement and breath, practices that help the body feel safe, supported, and at ease.

🌿 Create Your Calm will be taking place on Thursday 12th February 7-9pm Newton Harcourt (near Wistow)
Spaces are already filling, so if this feels like something you need, do book on soon, places are limited.

Please note that all classes are running as normal this week.

We also have space for two more families to join our family class.
