Nutrition 🥯🥩🫐🥗🍉🐟
Trying to maintain a balanced and healthy diet can be hard to navigate, from experience of constantly wanting to reach for the ‘easy’ option (which are usually the high in sugar snacks or meals), I have been working on making some quick and easy meals that incorporate a variety of different foods consisting of lots of protein, fibre, fruit and veg! Every section of nutrition is important and everything can be consumed with moderation and portion control.
Focusing on gut health and boosting energy levels, I’ve found that tuning into my body’s needs, regular movement, and exercise are key. While I don’t track calories or macros, I plan nourishing meals that align with my well-being goals. Remember, what works for one may not suit another, depending on individual health and fitness goals.
Reminder that this is not what my plate looks like every single day, it’s important to allow yourself to enjoy a treat, meal out or takeaway at home - this is what balance is all about! 🍔🍦
