✨ Soul Sculpt 2025 — what a year ✨

This year has been about so much more than treatments, sessions, or classes. It’s been about people, connection, and building something that genuinely supports both body and mind.

From one-to-one sports therapy, to wellness work, to watching this little hub grow into a safe, welcoming space — I’m so proud of how our community has evolved. Seeing familiar faces return, new ones walk through the door, and the support you all show each other has meant everything.

A huge thank you to Ellie, who joined us in July and brought Soul Sculpt Pilates to life 🤍 Your energy, passion, and care have added a whole new layer to what Soul Sculpt offers, and it’s been amazing watching the Pilates community grow week by week.

This year has reminded me why Soul Sculpt exists — to slow things down, move with intention, heal properly, and feel stronger inside and out.

We’ve grown, we’ve learned, and we’re only just getting started.

What started as an idea has grown into something truly special 🤍
Pilates has been an incredible addition to our health & wellness space, and watching it flourish over the past six months has been so rewarding.
