As mentioned before, while we find the timetable that works best for everyone, there were bound to be a few tweaks and swaps along the way. This updated schedule will take effect from Monday, November 3rd — and this one’s here to stay for a while! 🤍

Thank you all for your ongoing support and energy within our Pilates community. We’re hoping to see even more of you joining the morning classes 👀

We’ve trimmed 10 minutes off the early sessions to give you a little extra time to get where you need to be — after starting your day the right way, of course 🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏼

From October 6th, my Sports Therapy and Massage prices will be increasing by £4 per session (with the exception of my 90-minute full body deep tissue massage, which will be increasing by £9).

💜 Pilates pricing will not be changing.

As much as I’d love to keep prices the same forever, the reality is overheads, equipment, and the cost of living are rising — and to keep Soul Sculpt sustainable, I need to adjust with it. The good news? Soul Sculpt is still one of the most affordable options locally, with the best value for money in a gorgeous space made just for you.

Your £4 here isn’t just a coffee, it’s an investment into your recovery, performance, and feeling your best — and that’s priceless 🤍
