We had a lovely afternoon on Friday at the Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth Memory Café, held at Barlestone Baptist Church 💙 Everyone really enjoyed the games and quizzes, with lots of smiles and laughter all round.

Wet weather, darker evenings and clutter can make falls more likely.
During a visit, look for loose rugs, piles of shoes, trailing wires or poor lighting in hallways and on stairs.

A few ideas:
• Move small tables or stools out of walkways
• Add a lamp or brighter bulb where needed
• Keep favourite items within easy reach

These small changes can help someone move around with more confidence at home.
