As we welcome 2023 and look back on 2022, we have so much to celebrate;
- an enforced team with our fantastic Registered Manager- Emma,
- dynamic and vibrant addition of international carers,
-proud sponsor of health care workers,
-ongoing contributions and active member of alliance group,
-maintenance of a 'good' CQC rating,
-recognition of our team's hard work and dedication to providing outstanding care,
-recognition of above and beyond care, striving towards outstanding rating on next inspections/CQC visit.

Also a time to acknowledge and recognise our Carelink HealthCare heroes once more for cruising through our 12th year running, as we look to celebrate our 13th birthday this November.

How have you done yours this year?

This is a day to remind loved ones or strangers that someone cares. So why not let them know.
Struggling for ideas? Try volunteering, paying fuel or groceries from the person behind you or simply call someone out of the blue. What ever you decide to do, don't forget to enjoy yourself or try not being found out.

At Carelink, we love it when we can work with students to give them a taste of what it is like to be a Carer, and also to allow them to see all the great opportunities they could have for a career in care, including the office and management roles. So we loved it when we got this message from Melissa this morning.

" Hey Shingi.
As I'm going back to university today, just wanted to say thank you so much for the opportunity to be at carelink. I loved it so much, such a great company. All the best 💘💘💘💘Thank you so much! Will let you know whenever I'm back in Leicester ######xx"
