These sessions are centred around conscious connected breathwork.A simple yet powerful practice of breathing in a continuous, connected rhythm. This way of breathing supports the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and creates space for whatever is ready to move.
There’s no set theme.Each session is guided by you, and what you need in that moment.You might come to release stress or emotion, to find clarity, to reconnect with yourself, or simply to take time out and breathe.
You’ll be gently guided through the breath, supported by music,and held in a safe, grounded space allowing you to drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body.
