A space to pause, reset, and reconnect.

These sessions are centred around conscious connected breathwork.A simple yet powerful practice of breathing in a continuous, connected rhythm. This way of breathing supports the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and creates space for whatever is ready to move.

There’s no set theme.Each session is guided by you, and what you need in that moment.You might come to release stress or emotion, to find clarity, to reconnect with yourself, or simply to take time out and breathe.

You’ll be gently guided through the breath, supported by music,and held in a safe, grounded space allowing you to drop out of the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body.

A reminder to myself and anyone on their own healing journey.

Consciously working on yourself, your shadows, limitations; breaking down the stories we tell ourselves which might have been the incantation of past traumas. It’s not easy, in fact sometimes it’s incredibly confronting and painful.

There will be moments where you question everything, where it feels heavy, where progress feels slow or even invisible. In those moments, gently remind yourself, you are still moving forward. You are still choosing growth.

Trust the process. Keep going, even when it feels uncomfortable. Especially then.

And remember, you don’t have to do it alone. Finding the right support can make all the difference, whether that’s trusted friends, counselling, or like-minded communities who can hold space for you along the way.

For me, breathwork has been both a catalyst and a companion in my own transformation. It’s helped me access, release, and reconnect in ways I didn’t think were possible.

Pretty rare I’m “out of the office” ha! But I’ve just started another transformational module with
So pretty much all of my energy is there. Beautiful, profound and possibly shattering work. I love it, the amazing people on the course, incredible holders of the space and
and just having that space to breath and see what’s there. Surrender, go deeper. Breathe, connect, witness, be witnessed.

I’m assisting but it still feels like I’m at the start of my journey!

Introducing ✨

Grace is a breathwork facilitator specialising in conscious connected breathwork, creating nurturing spaces for people to reconnect with the wisdom of their breath and body. Her work blends modern breath science with ancient practices, offering a deeply compassionate and intuitive approach to emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.

Through breath, movement, and presence, Grace gently guides people back to themselves. Supporting the release of tension, stagnant energy, and patterns that no longer serve, while cultivating greater awareness, softness, and inner flow.

What to expect on the day
Beginning with gentle, intuitive movement, guests will be guided to awaken body awareness and soften areas of held tension. The session will then flow into a guided conscious connected breathwork journey, allowing the breath to move through the body like water; circulating, cleansing, and restoring balance.
This deeply restorative practice offers space to slow down, reconnect inwardly, and experience the breath as a powerful tool for renewal, clarity, and flow.

Wow! What an amazing weekend at Beat the Odds event at

Massive thanks to and for bringing together such a diverse and inspirational group of people and services with the aim to support the wellbeing and mental health of the people of Leicester and beyond. 👌🏻✨☺️

Kat and I go way back, I think we first met when she was studying contour fashion at uni and I was a fledgling photographer. She went on to develop her incredible business, serving super star clients such as . But very much like myself, over time, things shift, we change, and now she’s building a new business as a PT and pole dance instructor under

Today I had a PT session with Kat, and I thought it would be a nice chilled affair. Wrong! This lady pushed me (maybe not quite to my limit haha - may regret saying this in future) but with such sunny and positive support, that I couldn’t not do “one last rep”. Ha!
I’ll blatantly be aching tomorrow!

To be fair, it was exactly what I needed, at points I wanted to cry but it felt like such a release. And surely I’ll see some immediate gains? If not I’m booked in again next week for more fun / torture.

On a serious note, I really loved my session with Kat. She lives what she preaches and is super knowledgable and supportive. She’s given me some exercises for my tech-neck / tall girl roll neck syndrome, and I’m really excited to continue my strength journey, and how to correctly do a pushup.

Chemayne is a lymphatic drainage specialist, blending lymphatic and TCM practices to support women’s holistic wellbeing.

She will be hosting an intimate, restorative workshop centred on lymphatic drainage and sculpting facial massage.

Guests will be guided through gua sha techniques and mindful rituals that can be seamlessly woven into home practice. Offering simple yet elevated tools to nurture balance, radiance, and deeper self-care beyond the retreat.

As much as I love holding women’s circles, it genuinely blows my mind to see more men stepping into experiential spaces that invite healing, openness, and self-exploration. The world many of us grew up in didn’t always encourage men to be vulnerable. There are still traces of old ideas around masculinity that taught men to suppress emotions rather than express them.

But when we create spaces where people can show up authentically, something beautiful happens. Being open, sharing honestly, and speaking about our emotions deepens our understanding of one another and strengthens our sense of connection.

In my recent classes at I’ve noticed something really encouraging, that the groups have been almost a 50/50 split between men and women. For me, that feels powerful. These spaces are for everyone. My classes are fully inclusive, and all are welcome exactly as they are.

Breathwork offers such a beautiful doorway into this. The breath gently guides us back into the body, helping us move beyond the stories in our mind and into what we truly feel. It opens a pathway for emotions to be felt, released, and integrated in a safe and natural way.

Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have. It is always with us, quietly supporting us through every moment of our lives. Through the breath we can reconnect to ourselves, to each other, and to something deeper within.

At our core, our birthright is connection, love, and joy. Yet being human means experiencing the full spectrum of emotion, from grief to gratitude, anger to compassion, fear to freedom. Breathwork gives us permission to feel it all.
