On a day to day basis your role will involve:

Undertaking initial assessments and risk assessments for new service users, to ensure the transition runs smoothly.

Supporting new staff following training and shadowing by completing competencies and spot checks

Reviewing the care and support for existing service users and building relationships with service users, families and other health care professionals.

Supporting the branch manager with compliance in the office and other associated tasks.

We are looking to recruit a full time driver for this position

Evolving Care Leicester are recruiting for a Full-time Senior Care Worker.

Duties to include

Undertaking initial Care plans and Risk assessments for all new service users.

Reviewing and monitoring the going care needs for existing service users.

Being a support network to care staff and undertaking Spot checks and competencies to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained

To work closely with the Branch Manager and ensuring all compliance within the branch is completed.

Be involved with the On call on a rota basis.

The successful applicant will be paid on a salary basis each month.

The ideal candidate should:

QCF level 2 or 3 or willing to work towards a level 3 qualification.

Hold a valid UK driving licence and own vehicle

Have at least 2 years experience in the care sector.

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends if required in emergencies.
