I love to trust in the clients. They are the absolute experts on themselves.

You may come to counselling seeking answers, hoping someone can fix you or simply make you feel better because, at present, life is unbearable, distressing, or uncomfortable. Or something has to change, and you realise it, whether consciously or unconsciously.

Don't be afraid of the journey. I know it's easier said than done. Generally, there is a sense of relief, and the build-up is worse than it is.
