SPF in winter… yes, winter!

I know, I know - it feels completely unnecessary when it's freezing, the sun sets at 4pm, and you haven't seen a blue sky since October. But guess what? Those sneaky UV rays are still out there, plotting away, ready to cause ageing and pigmentation even when we're wrapped up like snowmen.

Think of SPF like brushing your teeth: you don't skip it just because it's cold. Your skin still needs that daily protection, even on the greyest, most miserable British winter day. In fact, UV can bounce off snow and clouds - so if you're out for a frosty walk, your skin is basically under attack.
 

So this is your friendly reminder: put on your SPF. Yes, even today. And tomorrow. And the next day.
