I would like to invite you to these weekly classes starting on the 15th April. In this new series, you will learn how to meditate on the mind of compassion and apply it to daily life. Compassion meditations give a sense of calm and inner peace that will promote physical and emotional healing. Compassion is the great healer and connects us to others through understanding our own and other’s suffering. Sessions are self-contained and consist of guided meditations and a short talk with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards. Everybody welcome
