We’re excited to be running exclusive performance testing for Progress Works Gym members next week, in support for LOROS Hospice💪

📅 Monday 12th – Mid-Thigh Pull Testing -7:30pm - 8:30pm
📅 Thursday 15th – Quad Strength Testing - 7pm - 8pm

This is a great opportunity to benchmark your strength, track progress, and gain valuable insights into your performance.

✅ Completely FREE to take part
