✨ We’re excited to share some wonderful news from our ward! ✨

We’ve just opened our brand new dementia friendly patient room, designed to make every stay as calm, safe, and comfortable as possible.

You’ll notice thoughtful touches throughout — including our blue doors, chosen to support recognition and reduce confusion, helping patients feel more at ease. We’ve also introduced a special multi texture comfort blanket with different fabrics and ribbons, offering soothing sensory stimulation and helping keep restless hands gently occupied. To support orientation, the room features a clear, easy‑to‑read digital clock, along with clear signage, helping patients navigate and understand their surroundings with confidence.

We’re incredibly proud to continue improving our environment for those who need us most. 💙
