Both therapies can be used individually but they can also be used to complement each other when working with clients. Most clients will be aware of what counselling is in basic terms and to clarify it is about being able to find the reasons and behaviour related to the problem and to facilitate the client working through what steps are necessary to move forward with a more positive outlook and to work through what has been bothering the client. ThetaHealing®* is an extremely powerful, yet gentle, therapy which works on a much deeper level than conscious thought which runs lots of belief programs. To try to explain this simply, on occasions a computer will get a virus that alters the way it should be functioning and so a replacement program has to be downloaded to allow it to function again properly. It is the same with the subconscious, beliefs can be set up that do not serve us that can lead us to think negatively of ourselves or others, prevent us doing the things we would love to do, or we think that we are not good enough or deserving enough to have the things we would love. Theta healing takes out the negative programs and replaces with life-affirming programs so that the client can move forward more positively and confidently and without playing out the usual belief patterning they had. All you need to do is to sit and close your eyes and allow and give permission for the healing to take place. Theta healing can be done using skype or by phone if a face to face appointment is difficult due to distance. A theta session will cost £50 an hour.
