Celebrating May Day (and the sunshine ☀️) the best way we know how… colour, music, laughter, fun and of course FOOD 🌼🎶

From hook-a-duck to the coconut shy, and even a go on the 2p slot machines, there was something for everyone 🎯🦆
We tucked into hotdogs and even made our own candyfloss 🍭🌭

A day full of smiles, shared moments and proper feel-good vibes ❤️

🌟 HUGE congratulations to Braunstone Community Primary School! 🌟

We are beyond proud to share that this incredible local school has made it through to the Britain’s Got Talent Semi-Finals! 🎤✨

What makes this even more special to us at Inclusion is the beautiful connection we share. Their mum is part of our Inclusion family, and during the school holidays, these amazing young performers come to visit us.

And honestly… the impact they have is something truly magical 💛
The moment they walk in, our people’s faces light up. There’s laughter, joy, and pure happiness as they interact together. Their visits don’t just entertain — they lift spirits and brighten the entire day for everyone at Inclusion.

To see them now shining on such a huge stage is just incredible. You deserve every second of this success! 🌟

Let’s get behind them and show our support all the way to the finals! 🙌

Today at Inclusion HQ, we celebrated St George’s Day in true English style 🇬🇧❤️

The room was full of red and white, with plenty of patriotic spirit and smiles all around. We enjoyed a traditional English picnic for lunch, complete with all the classics, and had so much fun getting involved with dressing-up props throughout the day.

It was one of those days that really brings people together—full of laughter, connection, and a real sense of community. Moments like these are what Inclusion is all about ❤️

Today we send our warmest wishes to everyone celebrating Eid. While some of our amazing people and team are spending this special day with their loved ones, we’ll be coming together to mark Eid as a full Inclusion family when everyone is back — because it wouldn’t be the same without them 💛

FINALLY some sunshine ☀️💚 and you just know Inclusion wasn’t letting that go to waste!

Suncream on and off our motley crew headed to Abbey Park for a day full of fresh air, laughter and proper feel-good moments.

First up — bikes with the legends at Wheels for All 🚲
Speed levels ranged from “nice gentle ride” to “Tour de France trials” 💨🤣

Then it was chill time under the trees with our feel-good playlist…
aka: singalong central 🎶

Then… picnic time! 🧺
And when we say we feasted, we feasted — followed by a well-earned cuppa of course ☕

The afternoon brought the competitive side out in all of us with games of shoot tennis — safe to say, everyone was in it to win it! 😄

By the end of it?
Tired ✔️
Full ✔️
Slightly chaotic ✔️
Very happy ✔️
We’ll all sleep well tonight 😴
Days like this are what it’s all about. 10/10 and we can’t wait to do it again ☀️💛

✨ Two years ago today ✨

Two years ago, we opened our doors for the very first time for our Inclusion taster day.
The first moment our amazing people walked in to see what would become their service.

What was once a quiet, empty space came alive with noise, laughter, chatter and pure joy. A day so special we honestly didn’t want it to end — and yes, there were a few emotional tears ❤️

Fast forward two years and that noise, laughter and fun fills Inclusion every single day.
We’ve grown, we’ve evolved, and we’ve proven ourselves as a credible, trusted service with a very good reputation — something we are incredibly proud of.

But through all the growth, one thing has never changed…
Our reason for being.
OUR PEOPLE.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey — past, present and future.
