Yoga with Elaine Vinyasa flow yoga in Leicester My name is Elaine and I am a yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, and have practiced yoga for over 20 years.

I also have experience of teaching yoga to individuals with visual impairments. I believe yoga should be available to all, and not require expensive leggings. I aim to provide community based friendly and affordable yoga to everyone. Whether you are beginning on your yoga journey, looking to improve your practice or on a path of rehab from an injury I am available to help. I run two group classes on a Monday and Thursday in our amazing local community space the Enderby Village Institute. I am also available for private tuition. My classes are more like groups of friends and there is always a welcoming environment.

Classes start again next week on Thursday 4th.

Thursday class 7-8.30pm

Monday class 9.30- 8.30am

Both are classes for all the community. Welcoming and friendly group of yogis practicing at their own levels. Suitable for new beginners or experienced yogi's.

I have experience working with those rehabilitating injuries, or with individual requirements.

My Story

My name is Elaine and I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. During that time it has provided me with timeout each week and a chance to maintain flexibility and fitness. When i retired from primary school teaching I decided to focus on my yoga practice and qualified as a yoga teacher through Sun Power Yoga. I hope that I can provide an experience of yoga that will inspire others to incorporate yoga into their lives, much like my teachers and mentors have in the past.
