28 days since officially re-opening. Where has that time gone?!
It’s been so good to be back!
With 1:2:1 sessions back in full swing and restrictions continuing to loosen, it’s time to bring back group sessions! I’m pleased to announce that my new ‘HYBRID’ group sessions will be starting on Monday 16th May.
What is HYBRID?
Hybrid is group training that cover all angles of your fitness by:
- Building Strength
- Building Endurance
- Burning Fat
- Training like an athlete
resulting in you becoming fitter and stronger than ever, whilst being in the best shape of your life.
When is HYBRID?
Every Monday & Thursday, 6pm - 7pm
All exercises can be scaled down to meet all levels of fitness, whether you’re just starting out or are more experienced.
