Apple cider vinegar x2 tbs
Honey x1 tbsp
Cube of raw ginger
Tumeric 1/2 tbs
Pinch of ground pepper
Twist of lemon

Chuck all that in with hot water, job done.

28 days since officially re-opening. Where has that time gone?!

It’s been so good to be back!

With 1:2:1 sessions back in full swing and restrictions continuing to loosen, it’s time to bring back group sessions! I’m pleased to announce that my new ‘HYBRID’ group sessions will be starting on Monday 16th May.

What is HYBRID?

Hybrid is group training that cover all angles of your fitness by:
- Building Strength
- Building Endurance
- Burning Fat
- Training like an athlete
resulting in you becoming fitter and stronger than ever, whilst being in the best shape of your life.

When is HYBRID?
Every Monday & Thursday, 6pm - 7pm

All exercises can be scaled down to meet all levels of fitness, whether you’re just starting out or are more experienced.

Good morning all! ☀️

I hope everyone is safe and well.

In a couple of weeks time, I will once again be re-opening my gym.

As always, I will be working on a strict, one in one out basis. It appears that I was already slightly ahead of the times 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looking forward to seeing everyone. Please make sure to book in nice and early to reserve your appointment as I’m going to be a busy boy.

I’m absolutely loving my ZOOM sessions so they will be continuing for those that prefer their session from the comfort of their own home.

Tomorrow is the start of a new month. In my life, this is known as mindset day.

Here are some things to think about -

Your actions encode success or failure.

If your scroll through Instagram until midnight every night, this will become habit.

If you text whilst driving, it’ll soon become automatic.

If you get sloppy whilst squatting, you’ll encode poor technique.

If you booze hard when stressed you’re encoding that for the future.

Details determine habit.

Practice doesn’t make perfect. Practice makes permanent.

For businesses and society in general, it feels very much like we are battling in the trenches.
..although our backs are up against the wall. Sometimes the hardest yards can be the most satisfying.

I personally feel a huge sense of gratitude.

I’m healthy.

I’m fortunate enough to have a job that I love and continues to bring new projects and challenges daily.

I have a very special family and a tight group of friends.

Another Monday is here, my car is stuck on a sheet of ice, but you better believe I’m ready to go. 🦁

Use 80% of that X to put some really good stuff into your body.

Use the other 20% of that X for cake 👍🏻

Trust me....you’re not in prison, so why would you set your diet up as prison food only?

Restrict comfort from your diet and you’ll set yourself up for yet another diet failure.

Disclaimer - I post a lot of pictures of cake. I eat a lot cake....I’m personally not trying to drop weight, I’m trying to survive a severely intense training programme where my body clucks for sugar 24/7

Good evening all,

In light of the latest announcement, I want to reassure all members / clients at GHBFitness that I will continue to be here for you. We’re in this together!

Unfortunately, with Tier 4 restrictions in place this means that, once again, the gym will have to temporarily close.

I will be in touch with my clients within 48 hours with some potential options for you.

I firmly believe that this is the final hurdle! Let’s stay strong and stick together.

Never forget that exercise is always the best medicine for when you’re feeling down. I’m sure you don’t need telling this now, after months of lockdown, but there are simply no negatives to looking after your health.

2021 - Let’s GO!

Merry Christmas all.

Quick reminder - before the ‘punishment’ workouts start taking place...

The less you think of exercise as ‘punishment’ to “burn off” the “bad stuff” you demolished over Christmas...

And the more you start thinking of exercise as an opportunity grow, get stronger and build your body into something better than it currently is....

The better your relationship will be with food and exercise

Fat Loss Things...

What you don’t need MORE of
1) You don’t need to more running 🤕
2) You don’t need more HIIT workouts
3) You don’t need more ‘cleanse’ diets

What you do need is to be more consistent, drink plenty of water, sleep (probably more than you do) eat your fruit / veggies, prioritise your protein intake and strength training 3-4 times per week.
