EXPOSURE > PROTECTION

We need to move overhead, hinge at the hip, bend down, twist, carry and lift. That’s why we need to train these movements!

When it comes to protecting our bodies from daily activities, exposure to these movements while we exercise is key.

If we protect ourselves from bending down or carrying heavy loads, we don’t strengthen structures to support these type of movements.
