It definitely feels well into autumn now! Just having a little look at the diary and October is booking up fast, so I thought I would share some dates I have left.

My recommendation would be a warming hot stone massage on the cosy heated couch - option of 45 min or 80 min in the Cocoon Ritual.

As the days get cooler, the heated blanket turns on and so do the hot stones... Now available in 2 options, either 45 min back neck shoulder face and head, or 80min in the Cocoon and Nurture Ritual.

The 45 min treatments are really handy if you are popping out in your lunch break when wfh, or just feel you need concentrated work on those areas.

A client once said this massage was like having a soothing hot bath, and I totally agree!

Had a look at the diary and these are my last September appointments available, so get yourself booked in by messaging before they're gone!

It's feeling very autumnal in the treatment room this week, with the heated bed and candles making it feel wonderfully cosy.

I am introducing a few evening appointments back in as I know these are popular! These will be on a month by month basis as they are on evenings when I have childcare as my husband is not on shift. These will go quickly and are not available on my online booking system, so please comment or message to book yours!

Evening appointments are lovely when the nights start to draw in, many of my clients come in their PJs and go straight to bed afterwards ❤️

Celestial Crown Scalp Ritual
(Aromatherapy Dry Head Spa)

Opening Ritual
Begin with a gentle progressive muscle relaxation meditation with aroma breaths of frankincense, clary sage and lavender—oils associated with clarity and inner vision.

The temples and third eye are then anointed with the celestial blend of rose, sandalwood and neroli.

Central Ritual
Be bathed in the sound of the heart chakra frequency from the tuning fork. Rose quartz and amethyst are then placed on the body to promote self love and acceptance, and a balancing reiki treatment follows.

A deep, rhythmic scalp massage then begins using grounding vetiver I'm, frankincense and ylang ylang, combined with scalp gua sha and combing with wooden and resin scalp tools. Neck and shoulders are massaged to release tension.

Finish with a pressure point lifting facial massage with rosehip oil, with lymphatic drainage techniques to revive and cool ice globes to drain and lift.

Closing Ritual

There's a lot of buzz around skincare...so much so it can often feel like you have no idea what you're supposed to use as there's about 10,000 different products and ingredients being promoted as the next new wonder product.

So, I thought I would give you some of the benefits of ceramides, which is definitely a word you see a lot at the moment.

- Ceramides are fats that make up about 50 % of the skins epidermis (outer skin layer)

-Synthetic ceramides found in serums etc can replenish this skin barrier, something which as we get older your skin struggles to do as quickly.
