Essential oils can be really helpful when life feels too much. I make aromatherapy inhalers for my son when he's on his way towards burnout (he's neuro diverse, school can be, well, a lot) to try and help calm those all encompassing feelings of overwhelm.

For example, lavender can help calm the nervous system, and neroli can help with feelings of emotional overwhelm....some of you might have experienced the latter in my neroli facial oil I often use in facial massage.
