First evening run ever I think! 35.18mins for 5km, took about a minute and half off yesterdays run! 🎉(Even though the timer say 35.47 but as you can see I couldn’t get a good photo, by time I took this one 30 seconds had gone by lol) 😂 I should have just paused the timer lol 😂 I can sleep a happy man tonight!

I want to do something business wise that excites me and fulfil me deeper! Not taking away anything that I already do, but this cancer journey has made me more determined and more focused than ever so now’s the time to find something new!!! If you have any ideas give me a shout! I’m not interested in another networking company as my heart will always be with Forever!

Different scene today!
This morning we decided to drive over with Judy to Lincolnshire to check on her bungalow! It’s been empty over 18 months now but don’t seem to want to sell! If it wasn’t so far, we’d buy it ourselves!

5km - 3.2miles completed! 5 days ago when I started running again I couldn’t even imagine running 5km anytime soon, the first day I ran 1.5 miles (2.4km) and stopped to walk about 5 times on the route!!! 🫣🤣 The thought of 5km definitely wasn’t something I thought I’d do this month, let alone this week!

This morning I woke up with super positivity and determination and thought ‘what if I can do it’ I wanted to get some work done first, but all I could think about was running and the feeling it brings to me during, freedom, peace, happiness and of course it’s amazing for my health too!

Well in 5 days of starting running again, I’ve hit 5km in 36 minutes, much slower than in my peak but it’s not about time, it’s about making progress day by day! And I feel absolutely fantastic for it too!

Always believe you can, whatever it is you want to achieve!

Today I choose to work in the garden! Sun is shining, the birds are singing, the sky is blue, iPad, cup of tea and I’m set!

Goals for today, emails to send, some invoices to finalise, a couple of data sheets to complete and some course work to get on with! Plus hopefully another run this afternoon!

What a wonderful Sunday! Started off with church this morning, pleasure to see our minister Joy baptise 2 of our younger generation, both so excited to have Jesus in their lives and not just listening to what their parents want. It was such a moving service! Blessed 🙏🏽♥️

Then popped to see ‘My Mummy’ before heading back home for my second run this year, and may I add, what a lovely run it was, only short distances at present but it’s about the long haul not what’s happening now!

Study time then, for my preaching course, hopefully successfully completed another module section for my local preachers qualification, I can’t believe it’s been just over 2 years since I started! I guess it didn’t help taking a break when my mother in law moved in then again during my cancer treatment. 🫣

Cooked and ate Sunday dinner, yum yum 😋

Now after a long day, time to relax in the bath with a Lush Bath-bomb! It was a golden egg with glitter from last Easter I think, so if I’m sparkling tomorrow you know why! 🤣🤣🤣

This year is all about Faith, Health and Happiness ♥️🙏🏽
