                                            Ever get tired of saying "I'll start again on Monday" "It'll be easier next week" "I've not got so much going on then it'll be easier to start when it's over" "I'll give it my all after Christmas" ??
It feels exhausting because the feeling of failure and disappointment is. It feels never ending because you're still in the "diet" mindset. The "I'll start then because" life makes you feel like you're waiting for a start and,ultimately, finish date.
Food Optimising isn't about a quick fix, it's not going to immediately solve all of your body hang ups or cure you're relationship with food instantly, but what it will do is give you the ability to fall in love with food again, to listen to your body and rid yourself of the guilt. To eat without feeling hungry, to socialise without complete deprivation, to have a little bit of what you fancy.... but it's not a magic wand guys. It requires determination and perseverance but most of all the want and desire to change, without change you won't change.
Most people join Slimming World hearing about its amazing success, people achieving their dreams and losing weight like they've never before. But there's no secret, nothing special or magic. It didn't work for those people but not for others because of any reason other than those people committing to their goal, focusing on their dreams, believing in their ability and making a plan and giving it their absolute all.
No time is the "right time" you won't be any more successful after Christmas just because the mince pies & chocolates have gone. You'll be successful when you chose to open your mind and make Food Optimising a way of life. To fully embrace the changes that need to be made in order to be successful with your weight loss. 
I can't encourage you all enough to break down those barriers- the reasons why you think you can't or why it won't work for you. It will work for anybody and everybody who is prepared to work at it.
