Last week in group I attend as a member, I was feeling fed up having put on weight, didn't actually want to face the scales but I did. Even as a Consultant, I feel the same as my members! But it was THE BEST decision I could have made. Accepting help of fellow members, I made better choices, and got a fab 4.5lbs off this week! Woohoo.

12 weeks to Christmas, feeling determined to keep the momentum going, I bought this 12 week planner!

Being at my lowest weight in a very long time, I feel amazing!!

the apple smell that comes out as soon as you open the Box is incredible. Once Brandy was off cat patrol and caught the scent, she was in! though probably not good for dogs so she had a suitable dog treat instead!
