From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.

If you need urgent medical attention that cannot wait until the following day please call 0300 3230671 or 999 for life threatening emergencies.
After 6.30pm please call NHS 111.
The surgery reopens at 8am on Thursday.

🙏 Our computers are back working, thanks to our IT providers for a speedy resolution.
Apologies to our patients if you were trying to contact us between 8am - 8.30am. There is now a large number trying to call in ,please select the callback service, or call again this afternoon.
