New research shows that eating large amounts of ultra-processed food is linked not only to reduced fertility in men, but also to slower growth in early embryos.

Avoiding ultra-processed food is advised if you are trying to conceive.

Ukraine offers s***m freezing for the military free of charge. This is a smart move. Clinics in Kyiv are courageously still running, whilst clinics that were closer to the Russian border, such as in Kharkiv, have relocated to the west, including movement of their cryostores. Some are now in Poland.

S***m freezing is a sensible contingency in times of uncertainty. In the UK, we see many men who want to cryopreserve their s***m for future use. Some are in the military or work away, whilst others simply want to have their future fertility protected, just in case.

We talk people through the process, ensuring all consents are place, so that they are fully informed and in control of their decisions. We also offer s***m testing, which many of these men have never considered beforehand.

If s***m testing or s***m freezing is of interest, please contact the clinic https://www.xyfertility.co.uk/contact

We are raising funds for the British Heart Foundation this month by running 4-5 miles each day after work at X&Y Fertility

The plan is to cover 100 miles over February. And it is 🌧️🌧️🌧️😮

To inspire donations, would you like to know how many red blood cells are in a ml of blood compared to how many s***m are in a ml of semen in a typical fertile male?

Head over the fundraiser page to find out!
