I have been a busy man the last few months- from events, Djing, Drum Circles and everything in between. Now that the weather will be turning a little more chilly, I will be doing my sound baths again. I am still deciding if it will be at the same location or somewhere else but I will be looking forward to hosting them again. Please keep an eye out for dates, also my sound baths are available online as well.

I have to be honest—navigating the world of wellness and wellbeing hasn’t always felt easy. Too often, I see sacred pieces of cultures turned into trends, used almost like costumes under the banner of ‘wellness.’ Too often, I’ve looked at retreats or festivals and felt like there was no space for me, no true sense of safety for people who look like me.
And yet, I remain on this journey. I do the work I love. But I can’t help but wonder—am I the only one who feels this way? Or are there others quietly navigating the same ache, searching for spaces that truly embrace us all?

See you at Victoria Park tonight. 6pm-9pm with extra drums will be available but please note it’s first come first serve, please bring donations as a tip jar will be available to the drum leader, no speakers or amps, please bring trash bags and tidy up after yourself. We want to leave the space as we found it. This is a family event as well, so please be respectful to that and if you can’t be, you will be asked to leave. Let’s celebrate the full moon 🌝
