New Uniform! Woohoo!
I finally got round to getting myself some new uniform, some lovely t shirts, jumpers and hoodies ready for winter. In black of course ☺️
Still not great at posting on social media 🫠 I might get a little better this next year.
Still have appointments for pelvic health, mummy MOTs, elderly care and general all round physio.

The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness week is Movement. Find time in the small moments to move, when the kettle is boiling, a daily mile walk, or starting a couch to 5k. Be proud of each achievement and maybe ask someone to come along with you and chat along the way. X

Don't worry - We are still continuing with home visits for rehab, pain, post surgery, elderly rehab etc
This is just another string to the bow.

This morning I have been involved in doing Mock interviews for some of the pupils at Wigston Academy, some lovely kids with big potential.

Happy New Year!
Thank you to all my existing patients and all new clients who I will see in this coming year.

I currently have availability for patients during the day, for long term rehab, falls, ms, stroke, ms or short term care for back pain, post replacements.

I have also started working within local care homes to see residents regularly, prevent falls and encourage activity. If you know anyone who you think would benefit, then I would be happy to chat with the home to discuss this further and see if they would be interested in a physio package.
