There are a few things I wish more women were told about fertility.
“Normal” blood tests don’t always mean optimal for fertility.
Reference ranges are wide, and optimal can look different.
Your cycle holds valuable information.
Luteal phase length, cervical mucus, spotting, and temperature patterns can all offer clues about what’s going on beneath the surface.
Lifestyle matters more than many people realise.
Sleep, blood sugar balance, stress load, and nourishment influence hormones and ovulation.
And often, it’s possible to make simple, supportive changes.
Small shifts, repeated consistently, can make a meaningful difference over time.
Many women I work with are also carrying fertility fatigue.
The mental load.
The constant thinking.
The uncertainty.
If you’re in this space, you’re allowed to want clearer answers and better support.
