On the Scene means exactly that our representative will be there every step of the way to ensure your event goes smoothly. We are the appointed Event Management contracted to run the Eid Festivals in Leicester on Victoria Park, We also manage the Festival of Leisure Events in the county and have recently launched our brand of Playday Events. Do you want stage with live entertainment we can put together the entire show for you, a Corporate community day with our partners in funfair amusements, stage management and site planning right down to emergency planning and first aid we can take the stress out of your event. Plus we can cater to any budget with our bespoke and set packages

🏖️ Families can look forward to a splash of seaside fun right in the heart of the town as the popular Loughborough by the Sea event returns next month.

🗓️ Running from Sunday, 17 August, until Tuesday, 19 August, the town centre’s Market Place will be transformed into a vibrant beach-themed destination from 10am to 4pm each day.

🤝 Organised by the Loughborough Markets team at Charnwood Borough Council, in partnership with Love Loughborough, I Need A Funfair, and On the Scene Event Management Ltd, the three-day event promises something for everyone.

On Monday night we received something we didn’t expect and one of our patients came back to see us with a Thank You Card.
