Tools Down & Prices Up! 🎉 A Reception Full of Laughter at The Price Is Right

This morning our fantastic Customer Relations Manager Ronni hosted a “Tools Down” session with a game of The Price Is Right! 🎉

Residents gathered together to put their guessing skills to the test - and let’s just say there were some very questionable price estimates flying around! 🤭 From wildly over-the-top guesses to absolute bargains, the room was buzzing with chatter, friendly competition and plenty of good-natured debate.

After a close contest, the lovely Harold came out on top and was crowned our champion! 🏆 He was presented with a gift and a certificate to celebrate his well-earned victory - much to everyone’s delight.

A huge thank you Ronni for bringing such fun and energy to the morning. We love seeing our reception transformed into a space full of smiles, laughter and community spirit! 💛

Our residents were delighted to get involved in something very special by making heartfelt birthday cards for Amelia 💗✉️

Amelia is currently receiving palliative care and has a wonderful wish to break a UK record by receiving 8,000 birthday cards. Our residents were touched by her story and took great care creating their messages to help make her day truly unforgettable.

A lovely way to spread kindness and be part of something meaningful.

Happy Valentine’s Day 💕

We’ve been sharing a little extra love around the home. Our Customer Relations Manager, Ronni, and Deputy Manager, Shazia, have been handing out beautiful roses to all our residents to make sure everyone feels special and celebrated.

There were plenty of smiles, sweet moments, and a lot of appreciation for the simple gesture — because sometimes it’s the small things that mean the most. 🌹
