Jam Recruitment & Training – Workforce Development and Accredited Training
Over recent years, Jam Recruitment and Training Division has demonstrated sustained growth, supporting health and social care providers to maintain safe, effective, and compliant services. We work with a wide range of organisations and have established a strong base of regular, returning clients who utilise our accredited training programmes to ensure staff competence and professional development.
Our training provision is designed to support providers in meeting the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Regulated Activities Regulations 2014, and the Care Quality Commission’s fundamental standards, with a focus on improving outcomes for people who use services.

Facilities and Delivery
We deliver training in a fully equipped training environment or on-site at provider locations. Our facilities are also available for private hire. Training delivery is supported by appropriate learning materials, competency assessment, and certification.
