Early and accurate diagnosis is key when it comes to injury management. Whether you’re dealing with a persistent ni**le, a sudden injury, or something that just doesn’t feel quite right, having fast access to imaging allows us to gain clear insight into what’s going on beneath the surface. This helps us create a more precise, targeted, and effective rehabilitation plan, without unnecessary delays.

✔️ More confidence in your treatment plan

Our partner clinics are conveniently located in Leicester, Market Harborough, and London, making it easier than ever to access high-quality imaging when you need it most.

Please note, scans are offered as an additional service and can be discussed during your appointment if clinically appropriate. We’ll guide you through the process and help determine whether imaging is the right step for your recovery.

If you’d like more information or want to discuss whether a same-day scan could benefit you, feel free to drop us a message or ask during your next session.

🔸Advanced Shoulder Release🔸
Who wants an advanced shoulder release? We treated a client who was complaining of severe shoulder restriction when doing everyday tasks and lifting in the gym. We looked at his posture, went through some range of motion tests, and identified why the shoulder was limited/painful, in comparison to the opposite side. Now you can see after releasing his entire shoulder, the difference between each arm.

Tight or overdeveloped anterior deltoid muscles (front of the shoulder) can restrict your shoulder’s range of motion, especially in overhead and rotational movements. When this muscle becomes shortened often due to poor posture or excessive pressing exercises, it pulls the shoulder forward, limiting mobility and increasing the risk of impingement or pain. This can make lifting, reaching, or even stretching uncomfortable. Incorporating mobility work, chest/shoulder stretches, and balancing your training with rear delt and back exercises can help restore proper movement.

Our treatments are very unique and results focused to meet YOUR needs. We love results but, most importantly, love helping our clients with their aches, pains and restricted ROM.

If you’re suffering with any tightness or pain, get in contact via DM, call or email and see what we can do for you! We don’t waste people’s time.

✅ Manual therapy is essential for recovery in combat sports due to the intense physical stress these athletes endure. Techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, and myofascial release help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and speed up the healing of injuries like sprains, strains, and contusions. Regular manual therapy also enhances joint mobility and flexibility, allowing fighters to move more efficiently and prevent overuse injuries.

✅ Manual therapy also aids in reducing pain and inflammation, promoting quicker recovery between training sessions and competitions. Manual therapy supports neuromuscular balance and proprioception, which are crucial for maintaining coordination and preventing injury in high-contact situations.

✅ Beyond the physical benefits, manual therapy also contributes to mental recovery. It helps reduce stress and improve relaxation, which supports overall well-being and performance. As part of a well-rounded recovery strategy, manual therapy keeps combat athletes in optimal condition and ready to perform at their peak.

🔸Tension Headaches🔸
Struggling with constant tension headaches? That dull, persistent ache at the base of your skull or behind your eyes could be caused by muscle tightness, stress, or poor posture. The good news? Dry needling and acupuncture can help relieve pain and restore balance—naturally!

❓How It Works
Dry needling and acupuncture both target tight, overactive muscles that contribute to headaches. By inserting fine needles into trigger points (knots) or specific meridian points, these treatments help:

✔ Release Muscle Tension – Needles stimulate tight muscles, allowing them to relax and reducing strain on your head and neck.
✔ Improve Blood Flow – Increased circulation brings oxygen and nutrients to the affected areas, reducing pain and inflammation.
✔ Regulate Nervous System Function – Acupuncture helps balance stress-related responses, calming the nervous system and preventing tension buildup.
✔ Trigger Natural Pain Relief – Needling stimulates the release of endorphins, your body’s natural painkillers.

Many people feel relief after just one session, with long-term benefits seen after consistent treatments. Whether your headaches stem from stress, poor posture, or muscle imbalances, dry needling and acupuncture offer a safe and effective solution.

Ready to ditch the painkillers and find lasting relief? Book a session today and experience the power of these time-tested therapies!

🔸Cupping Therapy🔸
Athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone dealing with muscle tension—this one’s for you! If you’ve been searching for a natural way to speed up recovery, relieve pain, and improve mobility, dry cupping therapy might be the game-changer you need.

Dry cupping is an ancient technique that uses suction cups to create negative pressure on the skin, promoting increased blood flow and oxygen delivery to sore muscles. This process helps flush out toxins, reduce inflammation, and accelerate the body’s natural healing response.

🔸Why is dry cupping essential for recovery?🔸
✔️ Reduces Muscle Soreness – Say goodbye to post-workout stiffness! Cupping helps break up lactic acid buildup, easing muscle fatigue.
✔️ Improves Circulation – The suction effect stimulates blood flow, bringing essential nutrients to your muscles for faster healing.
✔️ Enhances Mobility & Flexibility – Tight muscles? Cupping releases deep-seated tension, allowing for better movement and range of motion.
✔️ Aids in Injury Prevention – By keeping muscles loose and healthy, cupping therapy can help prevent strains and injuries before they happen.
✔️ Promotes Relaxation – Not just for athletes! Cupping also calms the nervous system, reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.

Whether you’re recovering from an intense workout, dealing with chronic pain, or just looking to boost your overall health, dry cupping is a powerful addition to your recovery routine.

🔸Dry Needling🔸
When it comes to recovering from muscle pain or injury, it’s not just about resting, it’s about actively helping your body heal faster and more effectively. That’s where dry needling comes in.

Dry needling is a technique where thin needles are inserted into specific trigger points (muscle knots) to release tension, improve blood flow, and promote healing. Unlike acupuncture, which focuses on energy flow, dry needling zeroes in on the muscle system, targeting those areas that cause tightness, pain, and restricted movement.

Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, an old injury, or simply muscle soreness from a tough workout, dry needling helps break the cycle of discomfort. The needles create a small “micro-injury” that encourages the body to release endorphins, reduce inflammation, and boost circulation, which are all vital for muscle recovery and repair.

The benefits? Increased flexibility, reduced pain, faster healing, and improved mobility. It’s a game-changer for athletes, gym-goers, or anyone in need of pain relief. Plus, it can help address underlying issues that might prevent you from fully recovering.

If you’re ready to move better, feel better, and recover faster, consider adding dry needling to your recovery toolkit. Your body will thank you.
