Pilates is for virtually everyone! One of the things I love about Pilates is that it's fantastic for anyone who hasn't been exercising regularly, but equally brilliant for a sports enthusiast or athlete - and everyone in between!
My class timetable offers numerous mixed ability Pilates classes, as well as core45 that focuses a little more on core strengthening work, and Stretch & Unwind classes that have a relaxation focus.
Get in touch today if you would like more info about any classes 🧘‍♀️

Not sure why training your core is essential?

• Injury Prevention:
A strong core supports the spine, significantly reducing the risk of lower back pain and common muscle injuries.

Improved Posture & Balance:
A strong core helps maintain proper spinal alignment, leading to better posture, improved balance, and enhanced stability in daily activities and sports.

Enhanced Athletic Performance:
Foundational element for all other physical activities. A powerful core improves endurance, agility, and efficiency in everything from running and cycling to lifting weights.

Functional Fitness & Mobility:
Core strength translates directly to real-world functions, making daily tasks easier, such as carrying groceries and lifting children.

Total Body Engagement:
Core work engages a wide range of muscles beyond just the "six-pack" abs, including the deep abdominals, obliques, and back muscles, offering a comprehensive workout.

Suitable for All Levels:
Core exercises are beneficial for everyone, from fitness beginners to seasoned athletes, with scalable exercises available to suit any fitness level.
