The last venue I teach in - Rothley Primary School, Thursdays at 6.30pm. Another lovely modern building with plenty of parking on site, this is a mixed ability class most suitable to those with some previous Pilates experience. Whilst we always cover all aspects of Pilates in this class, there is a little more focus on increasing strength 💪
