This is the loop the nervous system is constantly running.

Every sensation is received, interpreted, and responded to — often before we’re even aware of it.

Bowen Therapy works within this process, using subtle input and intentional pauses to give the system space to process.

Because the quality of the input matters.

Well it’s goodbye to Oadby House Clinic after 7 years! What a lovely place it has been to work - I shall really miss my wonderful colleagues and patients here. Thank you for all the good times, learning, laughs and encouragement along the way. I’m a fifth of the way to retirement now as I’m still working from my home clinic 4 days a week.

Lovely to discharge a lady today, all smiles! No more jaw, eye, neck or head pain!
On first meeting her, she could open her mouth 27mm, didn’t like talking or eating due to pain.
Today she can open 37mm, pain free!

Treating her mouth and neck helped, but treating her whole back, pelvis and coccyx as well made the big difference!

I’ve just got back from a wonderful weekend away studying Bowen Therapy techniques and sharing with other therapists. Big thank you to Lucy Cross for her teaching and skills.

Bowen draws together osteopathic, chiropractic and meridian theory, and is the most valuable tool in my toolbox when treating physical dysfunction!

I love it! My patients love it! Bowen works!
