We are in March however we want to take this time to recognise an individual within the care team. Kye is an extremely hard-working staff member who dedicates the shift to supporting the service users. Kye shows a lot of empathy in supporting staff and service users Kye is parkhouse employee of the year for 2025. Kye did also win our employee of the month for January.
