🌟 A Langdale Moment Worth Sharing 🌟

We are pleased to share that Zishan Nandjy, our Director of Human Resources and Legal Services, has been featured by Inspired to Care following his achievement as HR/Recruiter of the Year.

His case study highlights the heart and intention behind his work. It reflects how he sees every application as β€œa person trusting us with their story,” how he supports individuals who have not yet recognised their own potential, and how his most meaningful moments come from seeing our staff flourish long after they join the Langdale family.

One colleague described him as β€œthe person who notices a spark before anyone else does,” and we could not agree more.

As Zishan shares, β€œRecruitment is never about filling a vacancy. It is about helping someone step into a chapter they did not realise they were ready for.”

We would love to hear what part of his story resonates with you. Please feel welcome to share your thoughts in the comments and join us in celebrating this well-earned recognition.

A Powerful Remembrance Day Moment at Langdale House

We were deeply moved by a heartfelt story shared by one of our residents and his son during our Remembrance Day gathering at Langdale House. Their reflections on courage, sacrifice and the realities of wartime gave us all a moment to pause, honour and remember those who served.

We are truly grateful for their openness in sharing such meaningful memories. These moments help keep history alive and ensure the stories of bravery and resilience are never forgotten.

Lest we forget. ❀️

Celebrating Excellence in Care Leadership

We are proud to congratulate Sajjad Nandjy, our Director of Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance, for winning the Care Newcomer of the Year Award at the 25th National Care Awards 2025.

In his first year with us, Sajjad’s calm leadership, clinical insight, and everyday kindness have strengthened our commitment to safer practice, steadier shifts, and more meaningful moments of care.
