Slaying dragons and sipping tea! 🐉☕️☀️The sun stayed out for our relaxing time in the garden today, where our lovely residents enjoyed plenty of tea, coffee, and fresh air. Later on, our staff took the stage to tell the legendary tale of St. George and the Dragon. From a very brave knight and a beautiful princess to a king and a dragon that looked suspiciously like our maintenance team, it was a performance to remember! 🎭👑There were cheers, a few laughs, and thankfully, the dragon was successfully defeated just in time for more cake. 🍰✨

Today, on Mother’s Day, we celebrate more than just the word mother. 💐

We honour the women who raised us, the ones who guided us, and the ones who loved us like their own. We remember the mother figures, the role models, the grandmothers, aunts, sisters, friends, and mentors who stepped in with kindness, wisdom, and care.

For those who are celebrating with their mums today — hold them close.
For those missing their mums or someone who was like a mum — we remember them with love and gratitude. Their influence, their lessons, and their love lives on within us every day.

And to the women who may not be mothers but still nurture, support, inspire, and shape lives in countless ways — today celebrates you too.
