NEW: Yoga & Sound Bath Relaxation in Groby 🤎

Join us for slow, peaceful and restorative vibes 💫

This class will begin with an opening mantra
to welcome in positivity and good vibrations

You will learn how to prepare and harness the energy of the body through a series of breath-work techniques.

We will move through a variation of postures to build balance, flow and strength within the body.

This class is inclusive to everyone 🙏🏽

There will be an offering of handmade essential oils to massage behind the ears & on the wrists

The class will finish with a closing philosophical reading, mantra and special sound bath 🔔
