Wintertide Ritual 60min £52
A warming, calming and relaxing ritual to harmonise body and mind. Using the amazing Neals Yard Women's Balance Range, which helps to give a sense of balance to the bodies natural rhythms and cycles.

Enjoy an invigorating back polish, followed by a hot rocks back and scalp massage then a back moisturise. Client is then turned, to enjoy a relaxing hot rocks hand and arm massage to melt away stress and tension followed by a neck and shoulder massage and side of the scalp. Then a facial massage using a rose facial oil and cold stones to release any tension in the face. The Ritual comes to a calming end with reiki, to give you balance on a mental, emotional and physical level.

I am using gorgeous NYR Women's balance massage oil and body butter for this ritual. It smells amazing and feels warming to the skin. Womens balance contains relaxing patchouli, uplifting geranium, nurturing rose and rejuvenating frankincense to calm and relax your mind whilst nourishing and conditioning the skin.
