🚨 Let's have some TLC for knees!
⛑️ Prehab is what we do before an operation, and believe me, your future self will thank you for putting in the time and effort.
🦵 This series is for knee prehab—particularly good if you're awaiting a total knee replacement—but if you know your knees need some TLC, give it a go!
Here are the exercises:
Knee circles, 30-50 in each direction.
Knee flexion-extension, 5-second hold, 6-10 of each.
Abductor squeeze, 10-20 seconds hold, 3-5 reps.
Knee raises for 5 seconds.
Heel slides, up to 10 on each leg.
Calf pumps, 5 seconds hold, 10-15 reps.
Clam, 5 seconds hold, 10-15 reps.
